We’ve recently added more turning capacity with the addition of a Doosan Puma TT2100SYY lathe! This machine is equipped with twin turrets and twin spindles, which allows us to reduce machine time by nearly 50%. – June 2022
Our 5 axis milling capacity has been significantly increased! This machine offers a 30″ working diameter, full 5 axis control, and an 18,000 RPM spindle allowing us to complete the most complex precision components. – April, 2022
As we continue to invest in quality, we have implemented a Quality Management System that is compliant to ISO 9001. We are currently in the process of revising our policies, processes, and procedures to become certified in 2023. – December, 2021
Our milling department added another Koma Precision 5-axis Rotary Table. A rotary table allows us to complete complex, 5 sided machining as well as secondary operations/finishing work at one time. With a 14″ working capacity, small to medium size components can be completed in one operation! -March, 2021
Our QC Lab received a new Mitutoyo PH-A14 Profile Projector for inspection of small features and profiles. Equipped with optical edge detection, M2 Geometric touch screen, and lenses up to 100x projection. – January, 2021
We’ve added another Multi-Task lathe to our Turning Department! Outfit with Live tooling, Y-Axis, and a sub spindle for increased precision and productivity! The machine is also equipped with a bar feeder and remote monitoring for high volume lights out production!
Beistel Machining, Inc. helped local high school students with their Battle Bot for BotsIQ. We were proud to be a part of the program and help the students understand, explore, and consider manufacturing as a career option.
Beistel Machining, Inc. added a Zeiss Contura CMM to the quality control department. Equipped with VAST XXT RDS head, the CMM is capable of articulating in any direction as well as scan surfaces on complex, high precision parts.
